Last Eden: Guyana
Join wildlife filmmaker and biologist Dan O’Neill on an expedition deep into the untouched forests of Guyana, along a river lost to time, to a paradise which is home to some of the most spectacular and abundant wildlife on Earth. A place where humans never venture and the animals have no fear. But now this pristine world is under threat
No one has ever travelled so deep into this unexplored world. To reach his destination Dan must tackle deadly waterfalls, trek through thick undergrowth and survive completely off the rainforest. But this is no ordinary wildlife film. Evidence of illegal gold mining operations have been discovered dangerously close to the Rewa River. A risk of total destruction is imminent and terrifyingly real. Could this trip be Dan’s final chance to explore a forest unchanged for 150 years and capture these incredible animals on camera before it’s too late?
